NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE

It’s disappointed to have to make a review or complaint about a product that I was once very satisfied with, let’s just start from the beginning. I actually almost did not order my wig due to having a rocky time when it came to ordering my wig. My first impression while attempting to order my wig it seems as-if the owner was a bit agitated but once we got that out the way, and actually purchased my wig I loved it. I am not a person woh 100% knows about hair and such but i take pride in taking care of myself and my belongings so in order for me to keep my hair properly done and maintained I have no problem paying for the up keep to be professionally done; as I thought I was doing when I returned my wig to the owner for the up keep/ maintenance service but I was sure to he proven wrong. Out of pure excitement and negligence I did not properly inspect the wig for the job that was done despite yet another hiccup of almost being charged a different amount I was quoted but yet we worked it out. I noticed a difference right off in the V-part area and I mentioned it but I was told it was styled like that for a more natural look; I paid her for the service and left out with no worry because like said before I loved my wig from the time I purchased it and up until I dropped it off to the owner for maintenance, so I had no reason to feel otherwise. I took the wig home stored it like any other time until my schedule event came where I would wear it and that’s when I noticed everything wrong. The wig looked like she never shampooed it, no lie it was in worse shape now than before I dropped it off with more tangles, damaged with worn out clips, cut off and hanging tracks and most of all this was 100% not my wig. Some will read this and take into consideration and some will not but either way I’d like to inform others before spending your hard earned money where you could be taken advantage of or just simply messed over. I am really upset because my wig will never be the same!!! 🤬😠😤

Hi ma’am, I want to sincerely apologize if my attitude came off as abrasive when you arrived — that part is on me. However, I do want to clarify the full situation so that future customers aren’t misled.

You’ve had this wig since March, and there were no complaints at any point since purchase. When you brought it in, the wig was extremely matted to the point that I texted you directly letting you know the back tracks would need to be cut out because they could not be safely detangled. I did exactly what I communicated.

The level of matting was consistent with long-term wear and improper maintenance, and you also mentioned that your son had gotten Play-Doh in the wig, which can cause additional tangling and damage. I washed the wig multiple times and did everything possible to save it, but the condition it was in limited what could be restored.

I’m always open to speaking directly to resolve concerns, and I wish we could have talked before a review was posted. My goal is never to make anyone feel unheard — but it’s also important that the full story is told accurately.

I take pride in my work and my business, and my reviews reflect that. I would never switch anyone’s wig or mishandle a customer’s unit. I simply worked with the wig as it was brought to me.

I love my wig,

Pros: Hair is soft and cap is stretchable so it’s a comfortable fit. Invisible part method is doable but hair quality deprives it off full potential.

Cons: Was expecting ready to wear hair but unfortunately due to the scent and flattend curls, I have to thoroughly wash the hair to remove processed scent and style to possibly get a full curl texture like I anticipated. The curls do not look like the image/video that I saw. For $545 in total I expect quality hair not processed hair with a strong odor that’s being delivered in a small square box. The hair appeared worn and like something I could’ve gotten for one hundred on Aliexpress. The styling must’ve been rushed because small chunks of the layered curls were falling out and had some shedding by just touching the hair (didn’t run my fingers through it or used a brush yet). Disappointed because for half a thousand on a wig customers are deserving of a higher caliber experience & quality.
