Check your confirmation email and you will see buttons that allow you to do so.
Do you take cash?
We prefer not to take cash unless you absolutely have to use cash. We take Apple Pay, zelle, Cashapp, or your card.

Can I send pictures of the style I want and how my hair looks if I’m not sure what to book?
We would prefer that you do so in order to avoid you booking something that’s not best for you. We want you to be satisfied and to do so it is best that you show us a clear idea of what you want.
Are deposits refundable?
No, they are not.
How long should I keep my braids in and when should I get a touchup?
For individuals or small feed In cornrows both styles can be worn for up to 2 months. But depending on your hair texture your edges should be checked for receding or hanging braids at about 3 weeks.
May I bring a guest?
Nope! Only children being serviced are allowed 1 guardian To supervise them.
Can I tip the braiders?
Yes. However, braiders must be tipped separately from your hair service payment. You may pay the braiders in whichever way they would like to receive their tips.
