By state law, we cannot service dirty hair. We highly recommend that you wash before arrival. If you can’t, we can wash your hair for an additional $45.00 fee.

No, but we do take same day / last-minute appointments by deposits only.

You can be 15 minutes late. We charge a $15 late fee. If lateness exceeds 15 minutes we have the right to charge $20 and cancel your appointment due to the inconvenience of schedules. We highly recommend that you keep your appointment by being on time.

You will be compensated. Please as soon as you arrive, if your braider is not available, contact our customer service immediately.

You are responsible for choosing the right hairstyle for you. There are no refunds at all if you do not like your hairstyle. Now we do accommodate for a mistake made by our braiders, we can assist in fixing the issue but again, there will be no refunds at all. Additionally, as the braiders braid, please point out anything that you do not like so the problem or issue can be fixed before the style is finished.

You can not change your hairstyle amid the style. Any changes that are wanted must be addressed before the start of style. Additional costs may vary.

First, file a claim with the courier that delivered your products Second, take pictures of the product and packaging and email us with your issue at sales@feminineattractions.com we will then file a claim with the couriers on our end and resolve your issue accordingly. Do not worry we will fix whatever issue at hand.

We will investigate the shipment and more than likely ship a new order to you. Please note once the courier has your package, we have no control over the delivery time or what occurs upon delivery. However, we can assist in keeping an update on your goods snd solving any issues with your order.

If you do not make it, it’s okay. All classes are recorded for later viewing. You will be able to obtain the recording via email after eClasses are conducted.
