All items are shipped through UPS ground mail which takes 5-7 business days. Feminine Attractions is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. Please contact USP if you have any problems, if any further questions be sure to email us.

All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item please contact our customer service email at info@feminineattractions.com. Exchanges must be made within 30 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.

Once we received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number.

Pre-Order Turnaround Time for wigs: 14-21 days

Pre-Order Turnaround Time for bundles or hair products: 5-10 days

On hand wig turnaround time: 2-3 days

On hand bundle/ lace turnaround time: 2-3 days

An email will be sent as soon as your package has shipped, providing you with details on your shipment.
